Better Injuries
There should be much more armor slots for your whole body, like hands, legs, arms, feet, etc. That way injuries could be more realistic, i.e. if someone hits your arm, only your arm would light up red, and it would have its own health, so you would have to put a cast on it (in the inventory slot).
